There is BIG news in the world of soccer. First of all, if you don’t know who Neymar is, he is an amazing player who used to play for Barcelona FC, a team in Spain. He was also part of an amazing trio called MSN (Messi,Suarez, and Neymar), or was a part of it, until the transfer. Neymar got a transfer to a spectacular team called Paris Saint Germain for 199 million euros (european money). In America, that would be around $236 million.   At first Barcelona didn’t take that offer, but over time they has an open discussion about it with the president of the Barcelona Club. They all agreed that the transfer was a good idea. It has now been made official that Neymar will transfer to Paris Saint Germain from Barcelona. Every Barcelona fan is going to miss this amazing soccer trio, but most of all, fans are going to miss Neymar. What surprised me the most was that Barcelona replaced Neymar right away, but to be honest, no one will ever replace Neymar – in our hearts on on their.

I think this is interesting mostly because I like soccer, but I like how you explained what is going on with the player.

I really liked how you talked about how Neymar left the famous team Barcelona. I didn’t know he got paid to transfer to another team until now, but I did know who he was, overall your first story was great.

Even though I don’t watch soccer or know much about it, I loved the story. I got a bit of info of who Neymar is and that’s something new that I learned today.
